Visa

Most foreign citizens need a Russian visa (the list of exceptions can be found here). Please, provide us with the following information to prepare the invitations (it could take about 1 month to receive the visa, so, please, send us the data before August):

1. Scanned first pages of passport which contain the photo and personal data
2. Affiliation (Institute name and its postal address, phone number)
3. Your position in the Institute
4. Dates of your visit to Russia
5. Itinerary (for example, Moscow - Mineralnye Vody - Nizhnij Arkhyz)
6. Home address
7. Name of the city, where you will get the visa
